Headhunters FC and Vafümai Gaziphema FC have progressed to the next round after winning the matches on Thursday at the ongoing 22nd NSF Martyr’s Memorial Trophy at IG Stadium.
Headhunters FC vs Pfosemei FC
Headhunters defeated Pfosemei 9-1.
Chingsha of Headhunters FC took the hat-trick title by netting 4 goals at the 11th, 25th, 31st and 33rd minute.
Samson contributed two goals at the 43rd and 77th minute. Haotingmang, Khampei and Thanglenhao contributed a goal each for their team at 21st, 72nd and 73rd minute each.
The lone goal in favour of Pfosemei FC was netted by Sibo Ashuzhiio at the 76th minute.
The Man of the Match was awarded to Sibo Ashuzhüo of Pfosemei FC Manipur, which was handed by Nongosa Sale, ASU Senior Leader.
Vafümai Gaziphema FC Manipur vs Khuzama Students’ Care Union (KSCU)

In the second match, Vafümai Gaziphema FC won 5-1 over Khuzama Students’ Care Union (KSCU).
The first goal was scored by D Naile for Vafümei Gaziphema FC at the 2nd minute.
The equaliser came from Zayiese at the 11th minute.
Ngachano from Vafümei Gaziphema FC gave his team the lead with another goal at the 45th minute. The third goal in favour of Vafümei Gaziphema FC was scored by Dahru at the 55th minute. Zusho and Wetshokhro of Vafümei FC each added to the score sheet at the 73rd and 90th minute.
PM Rakevieche was awarded the Man of the Match. The award was handed by Bisevi Nakhro, ASU President.
