The Lotha Middle Range Students’ Union (LMRSU) has appealed to the Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, to appoint the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) at Sanis, Wokha before 30th November 2024.

Highlighting that the previous ADC was transferred on 16th August 2023 without a reliever, the Union said that the absence of the crucial officer has caused immense inconvenience and hardship for the public and also disrupted administrative functions and delayed various developmental projects in the Lotha Middle Range in the last three months.

While it hoped for immediate intervention, the LMRSU also stated that if the ADC position remains vacant beyond the specified date, the Union will be compelled to initiate any form of legal resentment.
