With an objective to improve the system and school management, the Nagaland Education Project – The Lighthouse (NECTAR) under the Directorate of School Education (DoSE) undertook employee verification and authentication drive for the Teachers Attendance Monitoring System (TAMS) from May to August 2023 across the state and a follow-up drive for absentees from 19th to 26th October 2023.
However, some employees are yet to undergo the verification and authentication exercise. As such, all employees under DoSE, including newly recruited employees post October 2023, who have not undergone the authentication process are directed to report to the Directorate of School Education, Bayavu, Kohima along with all relevant documents from 25th to 28th November, 2024 during office hours at the Top Floor, Directorate of School Education, Kohima.
Further, all the UGHT/GHTs who previously submitted their documents via email and were verified are also directed to report at the Directorate to capture their master selfie. Employees who missed the verification drive due to sanctioned medical/earned leaves are also directed to report for the authentication.

The Employee Data Verification and Authentication Form, which can be downloaded from www.nagalandeduproject.com or collected from the respective school heads, should be duly filled and verified by the head of school, EBRC Co-ordinator, DEO/SDEO and countersigned by the Area Administrative Officer and brought for the authentication along with the following documents (both original and photocopy) – Aadhar Card, ID Card issued by Samagra Shiksha, Appointment Letter, All Transfer/Posting Order, Regularization Order, Latest Extension Order and Service book page with bio-data details.
Employees failing to register for the authentication may be liable to disciplinary action.
