The office of the Chief Medical Officer, Kohima, informs all Heads of Departments that the Medical Board Examinations for confirmation of services, invalidation, and commutation of pensions for Grade-III and IV staff will be conducted at the Chief Medical Officer’s Office, Kohima (Para Medical Colony).

The examinations will take place under the chairmanship of the Chief Medical Officer on the following dates: 6th March 2025, 8th May 2025, 10th July 2025, 4th September 2025, and 6th November 2025. All examinations will commence at 9:00 a.m.

If any of the scheduled dates fall on a holiday, the Medical Board will convene on the next working day. Heads of Departments are requested to notify their respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) and ensure that the list of intending candidates, along with one contact number, is submitted in advance to the Chief Medical Officer’s office for proper compilation.
