A dispute at Old Ralan ensued on March 1 when, according to sources, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel entered Old Ralan, Wokha, and halted an IOCL consignment intended for the installation of a gas station in the morning.
Tensions escalated when members of the local Women’s Organization stepped in, protesting what they considered harassment by border forces and interference with a peaceful installation process.
