In a significant milestone for the state’s entertainment scene, Nagamemes Enterprise (NE) has officially launched Nagaland’s first-ever open-format reality talent show, “Dekhai Dibo”. The announcement was made at a press conference held at Hotel Grand Tizu, Dimapur on June 19.

Aimed at discovering, nurturing, and celebrating diverse talents across the state, “Dekhai Dibo” promises a platform where participants can showcase any form of skill, free from conventional category restrictions. This inclusive, competitive format is a first for Nagaland, bringing a fresh take to the reality show space.

NE co-owner Paul Vitsu highlighted the show’s unique positioning, designed to spotlight hidden and emerging talents across Nagaland. The show’s concept, inspired by the show India’s Got Latent by comedian Samay Raina, will follow an innovative scoring format- each participant secretly rates themselves out of 10, while judges score performances independently. If the participant’s self-score matches the judges’ average, the participant is declared the winner.

NE’s creative writer, Deepu, explained that the show will consist of 8–9 episodes depending on the number of entries, with each episode carrying a prize of ₹20,000. In the case of multiple winners in an episode, the prize money will be equally shared.

Judge “Boss” Meren emphasized the show’s commitment to clean and unbiased competition, urging viewers and participants to support one another in fostering a healthy creative environment.
