This year’s championship also doubled as a selection platform for the district team that will represent Mokokchung at the upcoming Inter-District Badminton Tournament, scheduled to be held in Chümoukedima from July 29 to August 1. 55 players have been selected based on their performance and will undergo an intensive coaching camp beginning Monday, July 14 from 3:00 PM onwards, under the guidance of MDBA.
