Two-day  training on “ Innovative practices in education for primary and secondary teachers” was conducted at EBRC Hall Pungro for teachers under Pungro Sub-Division, Kiphire District on July 30 and 31 by DIET Zunheboto.

The highlights of the trainings included introduction and changes in NEP 2020, innovative teaching practices in EVS/Social Sciences, meaning and importance of ECCE, constructivism and teaching skills, innovative teaching practices and ECCE (hands on activities using TLMs).

The resource persons of the trainings were Satheesh, Sr. Lecturer, Dr G Kheghoto, Lecturer, Moanaro, Lecturer and Vizobonu, Lecturer. 41 teachers from 35 government schools under Pungro sub-dvision attended the training.
