Throughout the day, participants were immersed in sessions that explored the development of entrepreneurial mindset, emotional intelligence, strategic networking, and personal branding. The workshop also incorporated leadership simulations and collaborative problem-solving exercises that required students to make decisions under pressure, thereby enhancing their adaptability and confidence.

The combination of expert insights and participatory learning created a dynamic environment in which students were not only passive recipients but active contributors to the learning process. The event reflected NU’s growing focus on fostering entrepreneurial thinking among tribal youth through hands-on, inclusive learning under the ICAR-TSP initiative.
