An Open House program was successfully organized by TaFMA Noklak at the KGBV Hall on August 8 drawing a vibrant audience of nearly 100 people. The event featured 16 artistes, providing a lively platform to showcase local talent and foster a deeper appreciation for music in the community.

Special invitee Daniel Shiu, Proprietor of Mission in Music Academy, Burma Camp, Dimapur, addressed the gathering, encouraging upcoming artistes to give greater importance to music while balancing their academic pursuits. He inspired the young performers to view music not merely as a hobby, but as an integral part of personal growth and cultural identity.

The program was led by Jongliu, Hostel Warden, who also warmly welcomed all participants and attendees.

Following the performances, a vote of thanks was extended, appreciating the efforts of the artistes, KGBV Hostel wardens, friends, audience, and all contributors for making the event a grand success. The evening concluded with a serene closing prayer led by the TaFMA District Partner, Noklak.

The Open House not only celebrated the creativity of the performers but also reinforced the role of music in community building and youth development in the district.
