ADC Medziphema has informed all the public that the bridge between Khaibung-Zhuikhu requires urgent repair and maintenance work for safety of all commuters.

To facilitate the said repair works and to avoid any untoward incidents, it is necessary to close traffic movement on the aforementioned stretch completely. In the interest of public safety, the affected bridge shall remain temporarily closed to all form of vehicular traffic with effect from September 5 to 24.

All commuters have been directed  to take the alternate route via Moava to Sainik School, Punglwa  to Jharnapani during this period .This order shall remain in force till the completion of the repair works and until further notice.
