Mass social work was conducted in Phek Town on September 20, which was part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2025, a cleanliness campaign under India’s Swachh Bharat Mission to achieve a clean and healthy environment.

Staff of government offices and the public residing within Phek town participated in the cleanliness drive.

Offices and Institutions, commercial areas, garbage-vulnerable spots, and water drains in Phek town were cleaned up.

Medziphema:

In celebration of Swachhata Hi Seva 2025, a mass cleanliness drive was conducted at Medziphema sub-division on September 20. The key activities in this social work included cleaning waste sites, collecting and segregating waste, cleaning all respective offices premises, towns, clearing out debris and waste disposal.

The cleanliness drive was a success with active participation from Medziphema Town Council (MTC), government departments and the general public.
