The Wokha-based K3M Band has won the Best Regional English Rock Song at the Clef Music Awards 2025 held in Mumbai, marking a historic achievement for the state’s music scene.

The band was accorded welcome by families, friends, and local residents to honour the band. Speaking at the event, the band expressed gratitude to their supporters, saying the award belongs not only to them but to everyone who has backed their journey.

The band shared that performing alongside renowned Bollywood artists was both inspiring and humbling. They thanked God, their families, friends, and mentors for their continuous support.

The award-winning track, “Pandemic”, composed during the COVID-19 pandemic, delivers a message of resilience, hope, and solidarity, paying tribute to frontline workers and all affected by the crisis.
