The Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) Unit, Kiphire District, in collaboration with Atshikeh Trust and Akeda Amulung MMU Unit, Kiphire, conducted health camps under the Swasth Nari Sashkt Parivar Abhiyaan at Thangthure Village, Kiphire District and Good Shepherd High School Kiphire
The villagers, encompassing a broad spectrum of ages from the elderly to the young, with a particular emphasis on children and adolescents , participated in the activities.
They received various health screenings and interventions, such as: 4Ds screening for children; Oral cancer screening; Entero-test; Haemoglobin (Hb) testing; Hypertension screening; Random Blood Glucose (RBG) testing; HIV screening; NS1 Antigen screening; Scrub Typhus serological testing; Malaria antigen testing; Tetanus Toxoid (TT) vaccination; Distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials.

Health education sessions were also conducted on Menstrual health and hygiene, Oral health practices,
Tobacco use cessation, and awareness and distribution of sanitary pads for adolescent girls and women
Additionally, Intrauterine Contraceptive Device (IUD) treatment was performed for two women.
The camp offered a wide range of preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services, with a special focus on maternal and child health, infectious diseases, and nutrition awareness.
The initiative aimed to improve community health and empower women and families in Kiphire District through accessible medical services and health education.
