The Headhunters FC (164 Naga TA) produced a dominant display to overpower Satakha FC (Zunheboto) 6–0 in the second quarter-final match of the 9th Capt N Kengurüse, MVC Memorial Football Tournament 2025.
From the outset, Headhunters imposed their rhythm on the game, combining sharp passing with relentless attacking pressure. The breakthrough came in the 34th minute when Manton fired home from close range, before doubling his tally just seven minutes later (41’) with another precise finish that left the goalkeeper rooted.
The pressure continued deep into first-half stoppage time, with Laiwang adding the third goal (40+1’) to send Headhunters into the break with a comfortable 3–0 lead.
In the second half, Headhunters showed no signs of slowing down. Arap extended the lead in the 50th minute with a composed strike, followed by Laiwang’s second of the match in the 60th minute.

Lamginmang sealed the emphatic win in the 69th minute, capping off a complete team performance.
Satakha FC fought valiantly but struggled to match the pace and organization of the Headhunters, who remained solid in defence and ruthless in attack.

With this convincing 6–0 win, Headhunters FC storm into the semi-finals, where they will face Langsa Hills FC (Mon). Their commanding form and clinical edge make them one of the standout contenders for the title.
