On the auspicious occasion of Tokhu Emong, Governor of Nagaland has extended warm greetings and best wishes to the Lotha community and to all celebrating the festival.

Tokhu Emong is a time of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest and a celebration of unity, reconciliation, and generosity, he said and called upon the people to continue to uphold and promote the rich cultural heritage, traditions, and values that it embodies.

He also wished that the spirit of Tokhu Emong bring happiness, peace, and prosperity to all.
