The All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) Wokha Unit is set to observe its Raising Day cum Annual Picnic on November 18, at “My Resort” in Tzuza Eru, Pangti. The event is being organized by the Sungro Range Taxi Owners and Drivers, promising a day of community bonding, fun activities, and environmental responsibility.
In a commitment to sustainability, the unit would promote a plastic-free picnic by conducting a cleanup drive to remove plastic waste from the Tzuza Eru areas. The initiative would commence on November 17 and conclude on November 18, aligning with the Raising Day celebrations. This effort underscores ANTA Wokha Unit’s dedication to environmental conservation and community welfare.
The day’s festivities will be marked by engaging activities, including a lucky draw, traditional tug-of-war, live music, and more. Members and participants are encouraged to join in the spirit of camaraderie and cultural heritage.
