Tizit, Tening & Niuland prepare for Republic Day celebration

SDO (Civil), Tumben P Tsanglao chairing a Coordination meeting to discuss preparations for the upcoming Republic Day celebration with District Head of Offices, educational institutions, public leaders, NGOs, Ward Chairmen.

In view of the upcoming Republic Day celebration, a coordination meeting was held at ADC’s conference hall, Tizit on January 16.

During the meeting, works for Republic Day celebration were allotted to various departments and institutions.

SDO (Civil), Tumben P Tsanglao, who chaired the meeting, urged all concerned to carry out their allotted responsibilities sincerely and to ensure that the Republic Day is celebrated in a befitting manner.

All Head of Offices, educational institutions, public leaders, NGOs, Ward Chairmen and GBs attended the meeting.

Tening:

A preparatory meeting for the forthcoming Republic Day celebration was held at ADC conference hall, Tening under the chairmanship of EAC Tening, Ihoilung Chuilo on January 16.

The meeting was held to review and finalize arrangements for the smooth and successful conduct of the programme. The meeting was attended by officers from various departments and representatives of line agencies.

Detailed discussions were held on parade arrangements, singing of national Anthem, construction of stalls, security measures, seating arrangements and availability of essential services. Emphasis was laid on inter-departmental coordination to ensure seamless execution of all scheduled events.

EAC Tening, Ihoilung assigned specific responsibilities to the concerned departments and issued necessary instructions for timely completion of all preparatory works. Officials were directed to maintain discipline and ensure active participation.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks delivered from the chair.

Niuland:

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Niuland, Atsangla, chaired the coordination meeting for the upcoming Republic Day celebration at the DC’s Conference Hall, Niuland on January 16.

ADC while allotting assignments to the various departments for Republic Day celebration also informed the members that a mass social work will be conducted on January 23, starting from 6 a.m. onwards. In this regard the ADC urged all the members present to participate in the social work.
