Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chozuba, Dr. Diana Patton has notified the formation of Block TB Forum, which is necessitated to strengthen coordination among departments, local bodies, NGOs and community representatives for effective TB control and patient support.

In this regard, the Chozuba Block TB Forum has been constituted with the following members: Dr. Diana Patton, ADC Chozuba—Chairman; Dr. Lolekhol Pucho, SMO CHC Chozuba–Member Secretary; Dr. Cthitu Nienu, EAC Chozuba—Member; Dr. Kotso Kapfo, MO—Member; Dr. Mughavi Swu, MO—Member; Verato BPM Chozuba Block—Member; Keyipeno, Sister I/C—Member; Avevo DOTS Provider—Member; Vesho, Lab Technican—Member; Sevonyi Keyho Chairman CTC—Member; Sub Divisional Education Officer, Chozuba—Member; Anganwadi Supervisor—Member; Block ASHA Coordinator—Member; TB Champion—Member.

The ADC also informed that a meeting with all the members is convened on November 21 at 12 noon in the office of the ADC, Chozuba. The ADC requested all the members to attend the meeting without fail.
