Advisor Er Kropol graces ANHTU’s Hindi Divas program

Kohima: Hindi language inalienable, a very powerful language internationally

The All Nagaland Hindi Teachers’ Union (ANHTU) celebrated the 30th State-Level Hindi Divas 2023 at Ura Academy Hall, Kohima on Friday, DIPR informed. Advisor, Prison, Printing & Stationery, Er Kropol Vitsu graced the program as the Special Guest.

In his address, the Advisor said that Hindi is one of the oldest languages and has become a very powerful and inalienable factor in our day to day lives and encouraged the gathering to embrace and learn Hindi language. He also urged the gathering to expand their education knowledge and skills beyond the comfort zone as most of the Nagas are not interested in learning other languages, especially Hindi and remarked that trying not to learn Hindi will be a big loss since it is becoming a very powerful language internationally.

Vitsu while congratulating all the Hindi Teachers on the Hindi Divas, urged them to be more sincere and dedicated in moulding up the school children and give their best effort to become a successful and respected Hindi teacher.

Earlier, JEO (Hindi), Directorate of School Education, Kohima, in his short exhortation asked the teachers not to indulge in alcohol and drugs as it does not match with the teaching profession. He asked the teachers to be serious in realizing their priority in their profession as a teacher.

President, ANHTU, Kekhrieneilie Tseikhano while giving the presidential address said that there are 1,548 Hindi teachers across the state.

The welcome address was delivered by President, ANHTU, Kohima Unit, Vizothal Zhotso.
