Speaking at the program, Zhimomi informed that the right decision to combine Ahuna Festival and the District’s Golden Jubilee Celebration was taken by the Jubilee Planning Board, Sumi Hoho along with Legislatures of the District because Ahuna Festival is part of tribal festival recognised by the Nagaland Government as an annual event. The advisor said that Jubilee Celebration was a rare event which comes only after 25 years, 50 years, 100 years and so on, therefore, efforts taken to make arrangements for combining these two events in such a manner was highly appreciated.
