Advisor, Youth Resources & Sports, S. Keoshu Yimkhiung inaugurated the Morung House, Limtsang Awun Kheang Sangphur Sangkong Yam, at Sangphur Village, Shamator on March 5, informed the DIPR.

Speaking on the occasion, the Advisor said that the Morung was an integral part of Village since time immemorial and encouraged Limtsang Awün Khel to continue to preserve and promote it. He also highlighted the importance of preserving the rich traditional and cultural values.

The programme was chaired by R. Throngshe P/Committee and the welcome address delivered by S. Mukam, while short speeches were delivered by K. Throngsomong P/Secy, K. Lakiumong, Hd. GB Sangphur and K. Kehomong, P/Committee.
