In response to the recent tragic incident at Mokokchung Municipal Shopping Complex on February 3, where 62 shops were completely burnt and 73 shops severely damaged, the Ao Students Conference (AKM) has launched a heartfelt initiative to aid those affected. The catastrophic fire, which caused significant financial loss and upheaval to numerous hardworking individuals and families, has spurred the community into action.
The Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, recognizing the urgent need for assistance, has reached out to the AKM for support in providing relief to the victims. In light of this, the AKM has initiated a crowdfunding campaign aimed at offering immediate assistance and helping the affected individuals and families rebuild their lives.
The devastation wrought by the fire has left many families in dire need of support.
