The Ao Students’ Conference (AKM) has informed all the non-locals residing in Mokokchung who are yet to renew or register their AKM Census Card that the last phase of registration will be June 22 at the AKM Conference Hall, from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The Office has appealed all the concerned Ward Chairman, Village Councils and Employers to ensure that all the non-locals residing within their respective jurisdiction are registered.
“The infiltration of illegal immigrants is a threat to the indigenous inhabitants and has to be fought with joined hands. We expect continued cooperation from the administration and support from all the citizens of Mokokchung,” stated the AKM.

It also notified that there will be intensive checking after the stipulated date and those found without proper documents during inspection will be deported immediately.
Documents Required:
- ILP
- AKM Census Card
- Guarantor
- NOC from Ward/Village Council Chairman with detailed House Owner
- Name, House Number, Name of Tenant and Ward/Sector Seal & Signature of competent authority.
