The Senior Treasury Officer, Kohima has notified all pensioners, both recipients of life pensions and family pensions, disbursed from the Kohima South Treasury, that the Annual Physical Verification for the fiscal year 2023-2024 is scheduled to take place from 11 September to 16 September 2023 at the new South Treasury Office located within the DC Office compound. Pensioners are required to appear in person during regular office hours.

To facilitate the verification process, pensioners must bring the following documents: Pension Payment Order (PPO) Book, Renewed Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) ID Card, Life Certificate and Non-Marriage Certificate, which is issued by the Treasury Office

Pensioners have been reminded that failure to appear for the physical verification with the aforementioned documents will result in the suspension of pension payments.
