Ao Lanur Telongjem officials from Mokokchung, Dimapur, Chumukedima, Nuiland and Medziphema led by Convener Imnaonen Pongen and Co-convener Tia Longchar called on Nagaland Chief Secretary Sentiyanger at his official residence on August 30.

Speaking at a short felicitation programme, ALT Convener Imnaonen Pongen said that the achievement of Chief Secretary Sentiyanger, who has attained the highest bureaucratic position in the State government, would serve as a great inspiration for the future generation. He also urged the Chief Secretary to continue serving the Naga people without fear or favour so that the entire State would benefit from his astute leadership. On behalf of ALT, he presented a canvas print of Mokokchung.

Chief Secretary Sentiyanger expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Ao Lanur Telongjem for the courtesy call and said that he would do his best for Nagaland as he represents the State Government. Nonetheless, he solicited the support from all sections of the society so that the State can achieve all-round development in the days to come.
