The Angami Sports Association has invited Open Tender from eligible and experienced Organization/Association to provide Ground Management Services for the upcoming ASA Wrestling Meet 2024 which is scheduled to be held on March 16 at Khuochiezhie (Kohima Local Ground).
A notification by Kevisede Meyase, ASA Publicity Secretary informed that the base amount for bidding of the tender is Rs. 17,00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs only/-). Bidders can apply in their respective letterheads/plain paper addressed to the President, Angami Sports Association, mentioning the subject and the bid amount.
The last date for submission of tender is February 14 at 12:00 noon and the tender opening will take place on February 14, 12:30 PM at Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) Complex. Late tenders will not be considered.
Interested bidders or their authorized representatives has been welcomed to attend the Tender opening. The notification also mentioned that the tender will be awarded to the highest bidder and the Angami Sports Association reserves the right to accept/reject any tender.

The Ground Management for ASA Wrestling Meet 2024 shall be responsible for the following:
- Setting up of Wrestling Arena with lightings.
- Setting up of Sheds for players and officials
- Setting up of urinals
- Sound System
- Volunteers to manage the Wrestling Arena
- Overall cleanliness of the stadium.
The ASA further informed that the Ticket rates including Donors, Chair and Gallery tickets shall be set by ASA. Any task or duties not mentioned can be executed in consultation with ASA.
