“Leveraging the collective strength, on-ground knowledge, and community trust of these vital stakeholders will ensure the policy’s effectiveness and foster a shared responsibility for its success. A unified approach, integrating governmental authority with community participation, is paramount to navigate the complexities of ILP enforcement and to achieve its overarching objective: to prevent any endangerment to the identity and future of the Naga people,” it asserted.
