Atse Quinker won the the first Hornbill Festival Vlog contest. The 1 minute vlog contest on the theme ‘Feathers of Hornbill Festival’ was held on December 10 at the Naga Heritage Village, Kisama. Chumlano Ngullie secured the second prize while Soshila was awarded the third position.
