The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Wokha Unit organized an introductory program of Kazheto Kinimi, Advisor of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary in the Nagaland Government, who also serves as the Legislator In-Charge of Wokha District at BJP Office, Wokha on February 7.
The event also marked the launch of the Wokha District Tour. During the event, Advisor Kinimi praised the dedication of party workers in enhancing the BJP’s influence in the district. Emphasising on the significance of consistency and dedication, Kinimi urged the members to collaborate effectively and maintain optimism for future progress and development.
Kinimi further elaborated on the concept of leadership and in-charge roles, emphasizing that it is not only the duty of designated leaders but a collective endeavor to align the interests of all individuals needs to be necessitated. In this regard, the shared responsibility of everyone for the progress of the district and the overall advancement of the party was stressed. Kinimi urged party workers to avoid relying solely on assigned individuals for responsibilities, highlighting the importance of active participation and collaboration from all members.

Furthermore, Kinimi acknowledged the leadership of Deputy Chief Minister Y. Patton, highlighting his significant contributions as a two-time Deputy Chief Minister of Nagaland. He encouraged party workers in Wokha District to continue supporting and rallying behind such distinguished political figures from the district.

Thomas Magh, Chief Spokesperson of BJP Nagaland and In-Charge of Wokha District, underscored the importance of unity within the party, emphasizing love and dedication towards its growth. He highlighted the responsibility of BJP karyakartas to serve the people, party, and nation, emphasizing grassroots service. Magh also discussed the coalition partnership with NDPP, advocating for mutual support and cooperation.
Bendang Yanger, spokesperson for BJP Nagaland and in charge, urged party workers to aim for a majority status, emphasizing the importance of hard work to expand the party’s reach. He highlighted the need for unity within the Lotha community and emphasized grassroots initiatives and leveraging social media for effective outreach.

The program was chaired by Longshithung Kithan, General Secretary. The invocation was delivered by Vitoho Swu, Pastor of SABAK while L. Zaremo Kikon, President of BJP Wokha Unit, delivered the welcome address. A special number was presented by Sojano Tsopoe, followed by the vote of thanks given by Elithung Ovung, Vice President.
