The Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers’ Hill Kohima (CBCMHK) has successfully organised “Glory Unveiled” a worship concert on 19th October 2024 held at the Capital Cultural Hall, Kohima.

The Media and Publicity Committee, CBCMHK, informed that choir members consisting 80 members and nine musicians presented around 14 songs at the concert. “Glory Unveiled” dives deep into the significance of Christ’s sacrifice, symbolized by the tearing of the veil in the temple. This powerful imagery represents the breaking down of barriers between humanity and the divine, granting human direct access to the glory of God, it stated.

At the event, Senior Pastor of CBCMHK Rev. Dr. Vevo Phesao highlighted the meaning of worship. He explained that worship in such a manner is to proclaim one’s faith and to offer thanksgiving to Almighty God. The pastor urged everyone to be a genuine worshiper of God so as to bring transformation in one’s life and into the society.

Church members also delivered short sharing and Rev. Dr. Wepre Mero, Pastor CBCMHK, pronounced the benediction.
