The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer in Nagaland has announced an opportunity for citizens to showcase their creativity and contribute to voter education. In an effort to enhance voter awareness and participation, the office is organizing a design contest for the State Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Logo for the year 2023-2024.
The contest is open to all individuals who are citizens of India and residents of Nagaland. The winner will be awarded Rs 15,000 and a certificate.
Participants are required to design a logo that revolves around the theme “My Vote Matters.” The logo should prominently feature “SVEEP Nagaland” and “My Vote Matters.” Designs should be submitted in a digital format, preferably in a PSD file, and must not be subject to any copyright restrictions.
It’s crucial for participants to refrain from plagiarizing any existing work, as any such submissions will be instantly disqualified. The selection committee will rigorously evaluate all entries, and only one logo will be chosen as the official SVEEP Logo for the specified period.

Those interested in participating have until the 18th of August 2023 to submit their designs. To enter the contest, participants are required to send their logo designs to ceonagaland.itcell@gmail.com, accompanied by their name, age, and contact number.
The winning designer will be duly recognized, but it’s important to note that the Chief Electoral Officer of Nagaland will retain all rights over the selected logo. Employees of the Election Department are not eligible to participate in the contest.
