The Chief Electoral Officer, Nagaland, Vyasan R, IAS inspected the EVM/VVPAT Strong Room and Counting Hall located at ADC & DEO’s Office, Pughoboto on May 2, informed DIPR.
The Strong Room housing the EVMs/VVPATs used in the recently conducted 18th Lok Sabha Elections is guarded by B/78 Bn CRPF Sechu Zubza Personnel.

CEO, accompanied by Additional CEO, Awa Lorin and Deputy CEO, Roland Merry, conducted the inspection in the presence of ADC & DEO Tiameren Chang; SDPO, Hankiumong and EAC, Khriethozo Pfukri. Party presidents and representatives from recognised political parties also witnessed the inspection.
