The Chang Wedoshi Setshang (CWS) held a co-ordination meeting with five wards of Tuensang – Saksi ward, Officer ward, Post Office ward, Old Medical A and Old Medical B wards.

The CWS requested PWD National Highways sub-divisional officer (SDO) and JE to consider regarding short term maintenance contract (STMC) 2025 of National Highway 202 stretching from Tuensang Town to 3rd NAP Saksi Unit Hospital.

The meeting also resolved to direct the concerned for the removal of the following by September 1: water pipe lines near the drainage, construction materials, damaged old vehicles and other staffs placed along the roadside, catch basin or temporary wooden bridge and unnecessary car parking.

The CWS in a release issued the directives for compliance to ensure the smooth implementation of work around Tuensang district.
