The Chang Wedoshi Setshang (CWS) has informed that its raffle draw scheduled to be declared on December 16 has been postponed to Poang Lum festival in January 2026 due to unavoidable circumstances.

The CWS initiated the raffle draw to raise funds to buy a bus for the welfare of Sao Chang College Tuensang students as the college has an acute shortage of buses, it was informed. While the organisation regretted the inconvenience of rescheduling the draw date, it also informed that the raffle tickets are still available and requested all to support the cause.
