Chief Secretary, Dr. J Alam IAS, chaired a coordination meeting with AHoDs & HoDs on 8th April 2025 at the Chief Secretary’s Conference Hall, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima to discuss matters relating to the visit of the Judges of the Supreme Court of India, Union Minister of State for Law & Justice, Chief Justice and Judges of the Guwahati High Court concerning the upcoming State Mega Legal Services Camp on 12th April 2025.

The meeting discussed in length the arrangements for the event such as logistics, transport, security, traffic, and active participation of various departments to set up exhibition stalls during the event. Work distribution was allotted to various departments for the event during the meeting.

AHoDs & HoDs, Administration, Dobashis, College and School Students, Village Councils, Town Councils and Civil Organisations and dignitaries from the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India, Supreme Court of India, Gauhati High Court, National Legal Services Authority and various government departments are expected to be part of the mega legal event.
