The Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS), Health & Family Welfare Department, has informed all empanneled hospitals and beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (PM-JAY) and Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) that claims processing has been re-initiated.

NHPS said that there had been some IT issued in processing claims and making claims payment to the hospitals as a result of migration to a new IT portal and also the onboarding of a new Insurance Company as Insurer for the new scheme. However, those issues had been resolved, said Thavaseelan K, IAS, CEO, NHPS.

All empanelled hospitals are requested to kindly continue providing services under PM-JAY and CMHIS without disruption as claims payments are being processed, NHPS further stated.
