Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio called on Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs and of Power, Manohar Lal Khattar, in New Delhi on Wednesday.

In a post on X, the Chief Minister said that they had a productive discussion on ways to boost urban infrastructure development and power connectivity in Nagaland. He also expressed his gratefulness to the Union Minister for his support to the State.

Meanwhile, the Ministry also informed about the “productive meeting” and said that the discussion focused on strengthening Urban infrastructure and power connectivity in Nagaland. “Union Minister Shri Manohar Lal assured full support to the Chief Minister for the development of Nagaland”, the Ministry also stated.
