Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Thursday inaugurated the new Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex in Phek.

After unveiling the commemorative plaque, Rio acknowledged the collaborative efforts of parliamentary colleagues, the CAWD department, and tribal leaders in establishing the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex. According to DIPR, he expressed optimism that the office would play a pivotal role in bringing development to the grassroots level and serving the general public.

Rio also extended congratulations on Phek district’s 50th Anniversary.

The program, presided over by Deputy Commissioner Phek, Kuko Mero, included a brief Technical Report presented by Assistant Chief Engineer, CAWD, Er. Sungtiba Amer.

In a post on X, Chief Minister congratulated the people of Phek on the new facility and urged them to have a sense of ownership and maintain complex well.
