With the forthcoming 75th Republic day celebration, the district administrators in various districts has convened meetings for better coordination and preparation of the Day.

PFUTSERO

The SDO© Pfutsero, C. Phuniang NCS has informed that in view of the forthcoming Republic Day celebration, there will be a departmental co-ordination meeting on January 19 in the Conference Hall of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero at 11:00 AM.

All heads of offices under Pfutsero sub-division have been asked to make it convenient to attend the meeting positively.

CHOZUBA

The Additional Deputy Commissioner Chozuba, Imokokla has informed all the heads of office that a meeting with regard to the 75th Republic Day celebration has been convened on January 17 at 12:00 noon.

All concerned have been requested to attend the meeting positively.

MEDZIPHEMA

In view of the forthcoming Republic Day celebration, a co-ordination meeting of heads of offices of both State and Central Government under Medziphema sub-division was held at ADC’s Conference Hall, Medziphema on January 15 under the chairmanship of ADC Medziphema, James Swu.

During the day-long meeting, the house deliberated and discussed in chalking out the programme for the upcoming Republic Day celebrations. The ADC sough cooperation from all the departments and requested the house to attend the Republic Day programme Positively. The ADC also reminded the officers to carry out their duties sincerely.

During the meeting, the house decided to conduct a cleanliness drive in the sub-division.
