The Ambassador of Japan to India, Hiroshi Suzuki began his two-day visit to Nagaland on May 7, informed DIPR.
The Ambassador along with officials from Japan reached Kohima late evening on May 7. On their arrival to Kohima, Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio and his wife, Kaisa Rio welcomed the Ambassador and his entourage to the Chief Minister’s Residential Complex, Kohima where a cultural programme was organised in honour of the Ambassador and his team of officials.

The cultural programme was organised by Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA) where artists from across the State participated. Chief Secretary, Nagaland, J. Alam, IAS chaired the programme. The Programme was also attended by Ministers, Advisors, MLAs, AHoDs and HoDs.
