In honour of the President of India Droupadi Murmu, a Cultural Programme was held at State Banquet Hall, Kohima following the public reception programme held at State Cultural Hall today.
Speaking on the occasion, Advisor of Tourism, Art & Culture Khehovi Yepthomi stated that President Droupadi is not only an exemplary leader but a symbol of hope and aspiration for the millions of people and for women in particular.
He also highlighted on vibrant Nagaland which can be seen in the array of costumes and invited the President to the forthcoming biggest tourism event of Nagaland – Hornbill Festival – where the state will showcase and share to the world the uniqueness and diversity of the Naga culture and identity in a single platform.

Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, Deputy Chief Minister Yanthungo Patton, Advisor of Tourism, Art & Culture Khehovi Yepthomi and Chief Secretary J Alam received President Droupadi Murmu at the State Banquet Hall.
