In view of the General Election to Lok Sabha 2024 and to ensure peaceful atmosphere in Noklak District, the Deputy Commissioner, Noklak, Arikumba NCS has issued an order informing all the arms license holders under Noklak District to deposit their arms along with the license at the nearest police station between 9.00AM and 3.00PM lastest by 30th March 2024 (Saturday)

Issue of Arms license and renewal will be banned/suspended till the completion of election process. Further under Section 144 and 144A of the CRPC 1973, carrying of licensed arms is banned till the completion of election process except by those persons who are entitled, informed DIPR.
