In order to maintain ideal situation for conducting peaceful, free and fair election in the district, DC & DEO Peren, Vineet Kumar has ordered closure of all gun houses under Peren District with immediate effect.

Any shop owner failing to comply with the order will be liable for prosecution under Section 188 of Indian Penal Code along with cancellation of trade, the DC informed.
