Deputy Commissioner Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS, has informed to all the concerned that ALIMCO (Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India) Government of India undertaking in coordination with District Administration, Mon will be conducting assessment camps to identify Divyangjan/Persons with Disabilities (PwD’s) in need of aids and assistive devices in various blocks of Mon District as per the following venue and schedule: –

The DC further request and informed all the Divyangjan/Persons with Disabilities (PwD’s) under respective Blocks/Village/Colony to attend the camp as per above schedule with following documents: –

1. Aadhaar Card.
2. 1 Nos of Passport size photo.
3. An income certificate (Equal to or below Rs.2,50,000 annually.
4. UDID Card/ Acknowledgement No. cum Medical Disability Certificate having 40% or above.
