Deputy Commissioner Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS has informed to all the concerned that Ali Javar Jung National Institute of Speech & Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan) under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India in Collaboration with District Administration, Mon will be conducting Awareness Programme and Diagnostic cum Hearing Aid Fitment Camp as mentioned below Town to identify persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in need of aids and assistive devices.

All the concerned are hereby requested to inform all the Divyangjan/ Person with Disabilities (PwD’s) to attend the campus as per above scheduled with the following documents:

1. Aadhar Card
2. 2 No. of passport size photos
3. An income certificate (equal to or below Rs. 2,50000 annually)
4. UDID Card/Acknowledgement No. cum Medical Disability Certificate having 40% or above. Venues of the Camp are as follows:-
