In compliance to the directive issued from the Office of the Urban Development Department, Kohima, the Deputy Commissioner, Noklak has issued a notice to all concerned under Noklak District that construction materials lying unattended on the road sides are causing hindrance for free movement of vehicles, creating traffic jam, blocking footpaths and causing problems for pedestrian movements besides creating dust pollutions especially during dry season.

The DC has urged all concerned to immediately remove all such construction materials lying on the roadsides/footpath in respective jurisdictions in the interest of public safety and convenience.
