Deputy Commissioner Tuensang Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has issued a notice to all the Sub-division and Head of the Department in Tuensang that the Directorate of Art & Culture Kohima, Nagaland has invited recommendations for the Governor’s Award for distinction in Art, Music and Literature 2025 to be conferred on “Eminent Practitioners, Teachers or Promoter of Art, Music and Literature in the State “ on the occasion of Independence Day, 15th August 2025 at Raj Bhavan Kohima.

In this regard, the heads of offices of Tuensang District have been requested to submit a list of deserving Persons along with the applicant’s Bio-data/ Profile, reason for selection, supporting Documents etc to the office on or before 30th April 2025 for onward submission to the Government.
