DCPU, Tseminyu was honoured with “Best Performing District Child Protection Unit” Award 2025 by Directorate of Social Welfare, Mission Vatsalya, Nagaland

On December 11 in Tseminyu, Ar Jwenga Seb, MLA cum Chairman of the DPDB, and Japheth Woch, Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman of DCPU, commended the achievements of the DCPU, Tseminyu for the “Best Performing District Child Protection Unit Award 2025”during the Tseminyu DPDB meeting cum Advent Christmas programme.

Ar Jwenga Seb expressed his pride in the team for bringing significant recognition and laurel to the district, highlighting their dedication and commitment to child welfare initiatives.

Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu, emphasized the growing impact of the DCPU in addressing child protection and welfare issues, setting an example for the district and beyond.

The Award was conferred by Directorate of Social Welfare Department, Mission Vatsalya, Nagaland at the Annual Meet and Pre-Christmas Celebration held on December 5 at Highland Park, Kohima.
