The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Tuensang distributed ration and relief funds to 156 families from Phenjang colony, NST, Chai sector and Bazaar C in Tuensang who are affected by landslide. The distribution was held on Saturday at the relief camp set up for those evacuated.

Landslides had affected several areas in Tuensang Town since April, destroying many houses and forced families, who were mostly daily wage earners, to evacuate their homes. Several individuals and organisations are supporting those affected through materials and funds.
